The Noblemen of Holy Cross Community (NHCC)
was formed following two nights of fellowship
and the successful orchestration of a Holy
Cross carnival. Following these events it
became clear that the fellowship shared during
those events filled a void for the men of our
parish community. Wanting to keep the
fellowship and support alive, goals and by-laws
were established and on September 19, 1996 the
first election of officers was conducted
officially establishing the NHCC as a parish
organization. The goals set
by the founders and our Noblemen prayer guides
us in our daily activities.
Any male of the catholic faith, eighteen (18) years of age or older can become a member, currently have
over 20 men on our roster. All men are welcomed
but we do make a special invitation to our
older, more experienced men of our parish to
join and act as mentors in our efforts to
revive some of our old customs and ideas that
have been lost over the last few decades. If
you should have any questions about our group
or would like to share your ideas please don't
hesitate to contact us by e-mail at NHCC@kauailink.net or
call Howard Faria at (808) 651-8432.
